In order for issues to show in the MapIt gadget, they need to contain location information (latitude and longitude position). In addition, it needs they need to be included in a favorite filter.

Please check the following:
- Open a JIRA issue that you expected to see in MapIt. Does it the screen contain fields including to enter location information (latitude and longitude)?
If not, please contact your JIRA administrator. - Does the latitude and longitude fields contain data, and is that data in the correct format?
- Is the issue part of the filter result for one of your favorite filters?
If not, please create a new favorite filter result?, or edit the criteria of an existing favorite filter, so that the issue is included in the search result. - Have you selected the correct filter in the MapIt drop-down?
Issues are only loaded in the map when you actively select the desired favorite filter from the MapIt drop-down.
